We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Perishable goods

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return your original purchase. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union Customers — 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
